Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Balls

I am following a HFLC (high fat/low carb) meal plan and these delicious chocolate chunk cookie dough balls are on it!!! They are the perfect sweet tooth satisfier and they have NO added sugar! These are referred to as "fat bombs" in the HFLC community. They help you get some extra fat in without upping your protein or carbs too high. And they are SO EASY to make! Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Sweetner
  • 4 oz Lily's Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Form into ping-pong ball sized bites
  3. Refrigerate to set
